Types of C56 Gripping Modules

C56 - Telescopic Gripper Module

In this gripping module bins/cases are retrieved and placed using mechanical gripping arms. In this mechanism the telescopic arms extend, secure the bins with clips, and form a box shape during retraction. Minimum 120mm spacing is required between boxes during storage for a smooth retraction.

C56 - Vacuum Gripper Module

In the vacuum suction mechanism, the robot extends its picking arm which is equipped with two suction cups in front to retract the boxes. This advanced technology eliminates the need for spacing while stacking the bin/boxes, further optimizing storage capacity.

C56 Mast module

The C56A(C)-B series robot offers two mast modules: single-level and double-level. The single-level mast has a fixed height range, while the double-level mast can extend from a lower height to its maximum height and also retract from its maximum height to a lower position, enabling it to navigate through spaces with limited vertical clearance.
